Job Summary
Own and optimize multi-brand paid social across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube with end-to-end ownership from strategy to execution.
- Own audience architecture across the full funnel to drive prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
- Lead creative testing and brief-to-iteration cycles with the Creative team to maintain freshness and performance.
- Transition agency accounts to in-house by auditing, reconstructing structures, and owning all accounts with regular Sr. Director insights.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy and day-to-day execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube for all 7 brands
- Build and manage audience architecture across the full funnel: prospecting, retargeting, and retention audiences
- Own creative testing frameworks — brief, test, analyze, and iterate with the Creative team to maintain creative freshness
- Manage catalog setup, dynamic product ads, and collection ads across platforms
- Set and manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across brands and channels
- Monitor platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and policy updates across all platforms
- Lead the transition from agency-managed social accounts: conduct a full audit, rebuild account structures, and own all accounts going forward
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Sr. Director
