Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize 15-20 paid media accounts
Monitor campaigns against established KPIs
Analyze cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, and customer acquisition cost
Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, campaign structure, keywords, audiences, and ad creative
Review search terms and identify new opportunities
Troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues
Identify performance trends before they become larger problems
Present data-driven recommendations
Communicate campaign performance clearly with internal team members
Help improve both lead quantity and lead quality

Requirements

3+ years of paid media experience
Strong Google Ads experience
Experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
Experience managing real advertising budgets
Strong understanding of lead generation
Ability to evaluate performance beyond platform metrics
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work Eastern Time business hours
