Job Summary

Own and scale TouchTunes' advertising business across screens and inventory, directing PCL and growth strategy and building the direct sales, product, and programmatic capabilities to meet revenue targets.

  • Define and lead PCL and growth strategy across all inventory.
  • Build and optimize the direct sales and GTM motions, packaging, pricing, and quotas.
  • Productize inventory, scale programmatic, monetize first‑party data, and develop partnerships with agencies and local media.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full PCL and growth strategy for Advertising Solutions across screens, mobile app, darts, sponsorships, and emerging inventory, and deliver revenue against plan.
  • Build and lead the direct sales and business development motion, including recruiting, team structure, go-to-market motions, packaging, pricing, and quota design for a high-performing seller organization.
  • Productize TouchTunes inventory by building the ad products, packaging, rate strategy, and measurement stories across screens, mobile, darts, and data, with offerings for both national brands and local and SMB advertisers.
  • Scale programmatic revenue and yield across SSP and DSP infrastructure, managing fill, floors, and eCPM, and stand up modern in-house programmatic and AI-enabled operations.
  • Build TouchTunes' sell-side for the agentic era. As agencies stand up agentic buying and orchestration layers, position our inventory and first-party data to transact through agent-accessible pipes, including APIs and emerging protocols, so demand-side agents can plan, buy, and optimize against our media in real time.
  • Monetize TouchTunes first-party audience and location data by building the data, audience packaging, and measurement network with internal assets and outside partners, and grow mobile app and retail media style monetization.
  • Build the demand and partnership relationships that drive national and local budgets, including agencies, trading desks, brands, and resellers, and the local media organizations that control the majority of local spend: broadcast and cable television, radio, newspaper and local digital publishers, out-of-home, and direct-to-local platforms such as LocalIǪ.
  • Modernize advertising operations, fulfillment, and reporting at scale, and partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering on ad tech and instrumentation, Finance on forecasting and plan versus actual, and the broader revenue organization.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years in digital media and advertising leadership, including direct PCL ownership and a track record of scaling revenue.
  • Proven growth across multiple channels, including programmatic, direct, mobile and in-app, CTV and OTT, and retail media. We are looking for an omni-channel operator, not a single-channel specialist.
  • Experience monetizing owned-and-operated CTV or OTT products and building or productizing advertising offerings through packaging, rate strategy, and product management, not only selling existing inventory.
  • Deep ad tech fluency, including SSP and DSP ecosystems, Google Ad Manager, yield management, first-party data strategy, clean rooms, and measurement and attribution.
  • Track record serving local and SMB advertisers at scale, including performance-oriented advertising products and high-volume, technology and AI-enabled campaign fulfillment operations rather than reliance on traditional outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling direct sales teams and go-to-market motions from an early or founding stage.
  • Credible, current relationships across agencies, brands, trading desks, and local media owners, including broadcast and cable television, radio, newspaper, out-of-home, and direct-to-local platforms.
  • Credibility to structure technology, data, and advertising partnerships across the local media ecosystem, and to represent TouchTunes as a category leader with partners, industry bodies, and at conferences.
  • A hands-on, strategic operator who thrives in a PE-backed, high-growth environment and can move between boardroom narrative and daily execution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Hybrid Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with 50% work-from-home and in- office time, with the ability to work anywhere in the world for up to 2 months per year.
  • Financial Wellness: Annual performance bonus, long-term company bonus, 401k matching, life insurance.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive health insurance and disability coverage, a Lifestyle Spending Account, access to telemedicine, and an unlimited sick days policy.
  • Professional Development: Continuous hands-on learning with access to e- learning platform, tuition reimbursement, and peer mentorship.
  • Accessibility: An inclusive workplace designed to accommodate people with disabilities.
