Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize 15-20 paid media accounts
• Monitor campaigns against established KPIs
• Analyze cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, and customer acquisition cost
• Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, campaign structure, keywords, audiences, and ad creative
• Review search terms and identify new opportunities
• Troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues
• Identify performance trends before they become larger problems
• Present data-driven recommendations
• Communicate campaign performance clearly with internal team members
• Help improve both lead quantity and lead quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of paid media experience
• Strong Google Ads experience
• Experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience managing real advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of lead generation
• Ability to evaluate performance beyond platform metrics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours
