Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
  • Refresh creative assets, optimize audience targeting, and implement campaign improvements.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance to maximize efficiency and achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Develop and execute creative testing strategies for ads and landing pages.
  • Recommend new audience-targeting strategies, creative concepts, and channel opportunities.
  • Develop innovative acquisition strategies that drive subscriber and member growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Partner with internal marketing, creative, and analytics teams to execute successful campaigns.
  • Assist with budget management and performance reporting across multiple acquisition channels.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data and optimizing toward KPIs.
  • Experience managing budgets and multiple concurrent marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in health or wellness advertising environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Meta and Google’s health-related advertising policies is preferred.
