Job Summary
Own the day to day flow for a real estate ops and marketing function, driving project throughput, content support, and system upkeep for a small team.
- Workflow ownership: coordinate projects from kickoff to delivery across operations and marketing.
- Content & social: assist with Instagram-ready content and asset organization using Canva and CapCut.
- Systems & vendors: maintain databases, calendars, and vendor communications while pushing process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish
- Assist with social media content creation and organization
- Create and edit content using Canva and CapCut
- Manage calendars, schedules, and project timelines
- Help maintain systems, databases, and client information
- Coordinate events, client appreciation activities, and business initiatives
- Communicate with vendors and service providers
- Support day-to-day business operations and special projects
- Help implement systems and processes that improve efficiency
Requirements
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with CapCut
- Comfortable using Instagram and social media platforms
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
