Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct in depth Meta media account audits for prospects
Own and optimize Meta Ads accounts at scale ($10k – $1M/month spend)
Lead full-funnel campaign strategy across Prospecting, Retargeting, and Retention
Build and manage catalog and dynamic product ad campaigns
Ensure accurate and reliable conversion tracking via Meta Pixel, CAPI, and GTM
Manage Meta Commerce Manager, product feeds, and catalog structures
Collaborate on creative strategy including briefs, ad formats, offer testing, and seasonal campaigns
Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear optimization actions
Advise on account structure, budget allocation, and scaling opportunities
Deliver clear reporting and performance narratives for internal teams and clients

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with at least 2 years managing eCommerce accounts at $100k+/month spend
Deep expertise in Advantage+ Shopping, Dynamic Product Ads, and full-funnel campaign structure
Strong technical experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), GTM, and event tracking
Experience working with product catalogs, feeds, and catalog-driven creative
Strong understanding of eCommerce economics including LTV, AOV, CAC, and ROAS optimization
Ability to contribute to creative strategy, not just campaign execution
Clear and professional English communication (written and spoken)
