Job Summary

Own and optimize cross channel media strategy spanning digital and offline, translating business goals into KPI driven plans across multi market accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated media plans across digital (search, social, programmatic, video) and offline (TV, radio, OOH, print)
  • Define channel roles within the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Build audience strategies based on data, insights, and business objectives
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across channels to maximize performance and efficiency
  • Translate client business goals into measurable media KPIs and frameworks
  • Collaborate with activation teams to ensure plans are executed as designed
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure consistency and governance across markets in regional or global accounts
  • Lead planning presentations and articulate rationale behind media decisions
  • Identify innovation opportunities (new formats, channels, test & learn frameworks)

Requirements

  • Cross-channel media planning (Digital + Offline integration)
  • Audience segmentation and targeting strategy
  • Budget allocation and optimization modeling
  • Strong understanding of media KPIs (reach, frequency, CPM, CPA, ROI)
  • Strategic thinking beyond execution
  • Knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, DV360)
  • Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Understanding of media buying principles (not execution-focused but informed)
  • Stakeholder communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability to multi-market / regional structures
