Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Ads Execution Across Client Accounts — and Help Drive Our Own Growth
  • This role is for a true operator, not a specialist who only touches one piece of the puzzle. You’ll be fully responsible for strategy, copy, creatives, setup, optimization, and performance across multiple ad platforms.
  • Client Paid Ads Delivery
  • Own paid advertising performance across client accounts, including: Google Ads; Meta Ads; Google Local Services Ads
  • Build and manage campaigns from strategy → launch → optimization
  • Write conversion-focused ad copy, headlines, hooks, and CTAs
  • Develop or direct ad creatives (static, video concepts, angles)
  • Perform keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bids, and scaling decisions
  • Continuously test and optimize: Offers; Creatives; Copy; Targeting
  • Monitor performance daily and proactively address issues
  • QA tracking, conversions, pixels, and attribution
  • Provide clear performance summaries and insights to the internal team

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years experience managing paid ads for multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience with: Google Ads (Search-focused experience required); Meta Ads; Google Local Services Ads (GLSA)
  • Proven experience auditing, fixing, and improving underperforming accounts
  • Comfortable managing budgets, pacing spend, and making scaling decisions
  • Strong understanding of: Conversion tracking & attribution (platform vs GA vs CRM discrepancies); Pixels, tags, and event setup; Funnels, landing pages, and lead flows; Offers, hooks, and messaging; Ability to identify whether performance issues are caused by: Targeting; Creative; Offer; Landing page; Follow-up
  • Comfortable writing your own ad copy and directing creative angles
  • Ability to explain performance clearly to non-technical team members
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly in a remote environment

Preferred

  • Experience managing local or home-service advertising (concrete, contractors, trades, medical, etc.)
  • Experience diagnosing and fixing: High CPL; Low lead quality; Poor conversion rates
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Slack
  • Familiarity with Russell Brunson–style funnel thinking, including: Offers; Hooks; Value ladders; Lead magnets; Follow-up sequences
