Job Summary

Own paid acquisition for finance leads end to end, from email-driven list buys to multi-channel campaigns, with tight CPL/CPA targets and cross‑team QA with sales; drive scale while protecting lead quality.

  • Email lead-gen and direct media buys: own publisher relationships and optimization.
  • Channel ecosystem: own scaling across Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, native and other paid channels.
  • Performance and testing: run audience, creative, and landing page tests to lift conversions and ROAS.

Job Description

  • Purchase and manage email lead generation campaigns from publishers, newsletter operators, and lead providers.
  • Identify, negotiate, and optimize direct media buying opportunities in the finance and investment space.
  • Develop and scale lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, native advertising platforms, and additional paid channels.
  • Build and manage retargeting campaigns to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Analyze traffic sources and lead performance to identify opportunities for scaling.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure lead quality meets business objectives.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend across channels based on performance.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
