Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows, particularly within HubSpot
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns and operational processes including email builds, list creation, workflow setup, attribution tagging, and QA
  • Identify manual or repetitive processes and automate them using AI, integrations, and workflow tools
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Marketing Ops to translate marketing strategy into scalable systems and operational processes
  • Own day-to-day execution in marketing ops tools (CRM, marketing automation platforms, enrichment tools, reporting tools, orchestration tools)
  • Experiment with AI tools and automation workflows to improve speed, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot issues across marketing systems, data flows, and workflows—and resolve them
  • Help connect systems using integrations, APIs, or webhooks when needed
  • Create lightweight documentation so workflows and systems can scale beyond you
  • Continuously look for opportunities to make marketing operations more reliable, scalable, and efficient

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, marketing technology, analytics, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing or CRM systems
  • A strong builder mindset and natural curiosity for how systems work
  • Comfort experimenting with new tools—even if you’re figuring them out as you go
  • Interest in AI-powered workflows and automation
  • Ability to take direction and independently execute operational work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues
  • Clear communicator who can explain what they built and why
  • Ability to discern tactics from strategy and guide peers toward effective operational solutions

Preferred

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, Segment, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or similar
  • Experience building or experimenting with AI-powered workflows
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations
  • Experience supporting demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or growth teams
  • Experience working in agency environments where multiple systems and processes are managed
