Job Summary

Own end-to-end eCommerce marketing operations, lead a team, and drive site optimization across campaigns, content, SEO, and merchandising.

  • Develop and execute email and social media marketing calendars, launching targeted campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Lead the eCommerce Marketing Team and optimize site UX, SEO, and merchandising
  • Align data integrity across websites, vendors, and ERP systems

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email and social media marketing calendars, launching targeted campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Manage website merchandising, including setting up SKUs, updating product pages, and building customer-centric category and brand pages
  • Coordinate with technology providers, web developers, and software connectors to ensure seamless website workflows, including discovery, issue resolution, and testing
  • Create and cultivate dynamic and static content utilizing available resources and tools
  • Implement best-in-class structural and technical SEO strategies across all relevant web pages
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to validate data integrity between websites, vendors, and ERP systems
  • Oversee site search management, including maintenance, enhancements, and performance analysis
  • Partner with marketing to deploy promotional campaigns and analyze their effectiveness
  • Support internal teams and enhance overall user experience through various initiatives
  • Lead and develop the eCommerce Marketing Team, managing workflow dashboards, prioritizing tasks, identifying trends, and exploring efficiencies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in digital marketing or merchandising, with a focus on user experience, product presentation, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with BigCommerce platform and its app ecosystem; Shopify experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in problem-solving with HTML, JSON, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to apply concepts to pricing models, percentages, and rounding
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute 90-day plans to achieve results
  • High level of integrity, judgment, and professionalism
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to support team objectives and company goals

  • Shopify experience is a plus
