Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Action Solar's annual marketing strategy.
• Manage the company brand across all platforms.
• Create digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified residential and commercial leads.
• Oversee website updates, SEO, and overall web presence.
• Manage social media strategy and content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, videos, email campaigns, advertisements, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate photography and video production for projects, events, customer testimonials, and company culture.
• Plan and promote company events, recruiting campaigns, trade shows, and community outreach.
• Work with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns that support dealer growth and customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3-7 years of marketing experience.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Experience using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Photography and video editing experience is a plus.
