Job Summary

Own a two-year Marketing Leadership Development Program with cross-functional rotations across Brand, Creative, Process/Go-to-Market, and Dealer channels, with mentorship and a path to a full-time marketing role.

  • Rotation through Brand and Product Marketing, Creative and Content, Process and Go-to-Market, and Dealer/Channel areas
  • Establish mentorship with Polaris leaders and advance toward a permanent marketing role

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Polaris Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) accelerates career development for recent college graduates who wish to further develop core business, leadership, and marketing competencies.
  • Our unique two-year development program allows you the opportunity to work in roles within marketing to build a solid business foundation and gain leadership and field experience.
  • Through your business rotations, you will be given challenging assignments to accelerate your career development for future positions of significant responsibility.
  • During this program, you will also establish mentor relationships with our business leadership that will continue throughout your career with Polaris.
  • Polaris provides the resources, support, and environment you need to achieve both personal and professional success in this role.
  • Area you’ll gain exposure to in your rotations include:
  • - Brand and Product Marketing (Brand/Lifestyle Marketing, Insights and Analytics)
  • - How you create and capture through brand and product marketing
  • - Creative and Content (Social Media, Paid Media, Partnerships, Events)
  • - How Creative and Content Creation drives business today and tomorrow

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or other related business degree with an emphasis in Marketing
  • Graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Must be able to commit to working 40 hours per week starting on one of the following dates: January 11th, 2027.
  • June 14th, 2027.
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to travel and relocate between sites for your rotations, as well as be mobile beyond the rotational program to support your career development.
  • Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting to and from the office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work experiences with interest to continue to grow your leadership skills.

Preferred

  • Previous Internship/Co-op experience.
