Rapport

Rapport is AI role-play with lifelike avatars. Your team practices the hard conversations before they're real, and you finally get data on who's ready. Here's the thing about training: completion rates measure recall, not readiness. A rep can know the product perfectly and still lose the room. A new manager can ace every module and still freeze the moment someone says "I was expecting that promotion."Those skills, timing, tone, empathy, judgment, only come from practice. And most people get their practice the expensive way: live, in front of a real customer or a real direct report. Ouch.So we changed where the reps happen. With Rapport, your team rehearses the skeptical buyer, the price objection, the dreaded performance review, or the de-escalation call with AI avatars that react in real time. Real facial expressions. Real nonverbal cues. Not a chatbot with a headshot.Every attempt gets scored against your company's definition of a good conversation. Learners get feedback specific enough to actually change behavior. Managers get skill-by-skill data across the whole team. And the pedigree is real: built by PhD researchers from the University of Edinburgh, with a decade of avatar animation behind major game titles. Nearly 700,000 role-plays run. 50+ languages and dialects.Teams use us for: • Sales enablement and objection handling • Onboarding and new hire ramp • Performance reviews and manager development • Customer success and de-escalation • Industry-specific selling, from SaaS to medical deviceScenarios build in 15 to 20 minutes. SCORM export to any LMS. Useful data from as few as five learners.Stop guessing whether your team is ready. Come see it: https://rapport.cloud/#demo
