Own content creation support and calendar management for social, events, and marketing materials, driving on-brand posting and trend research across campaigns.

Responsibilities

Assist with content creation for Instagram, including captions, reels, and story content
Help design marketing materials: listing flyers, open house signage, social graphics
Support event coverage at open houses and brand activations (photo/video content)
Help staff and support weekend open house events (typically 2–4 hours, may be paid separately), assisting with setup, guest experience, and content capture
Assist with light copywriting for email, social, and marketing materials
Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules
Research trends and ideas to keep our content fresh and on-brand

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Real Estate, or related field
Strong eye for design and brand consistency
Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (a plus, not required)
Excellent writing skills, can adapt tone across platforms
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Available for occasional weekend event support
Bonus: experience with video editing/reels (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Bonus: interest in real estate, design, or small business branding
