Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, produce + publish social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook + YouTube
Manage day-to-day community engagement – comments, DMs + audience interaction – for multiple brands
Track performance + report on social + content metrics, using insights to improve results
Support paid social campaigns through content development + execution
Create + coordinate content for blogs, video, email + web
Collaborate on event planning + execution, including on-site content capture
Coordinate PR initiatives such as TV appearances + press interviews
Help plan + execute brand photo shoots
Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Handle administrative + reporting tasks to keep projects on track

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Social Media Management
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or equivalent experience
Strong writing + editing skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across audiences
Deep familiarity with social platforms, trends + engagement strategies
Experience with social media scheduling, management + analytics
Comfortable creating photo + video content + being on camera
Event coordination experience is a plus
Basic understanding of WordPress, Canva + Figma is a bonus
