Responsibilities

• Support the development, execution, and measurement of marketing communications plans, strategies, and tactics in support of assigned focus areas and help align marketing activities with GFT’s Strategic Plan and business priorities.
• Understand business line positioning, differentiators, client needs, and industry trends to develop and execute thought leadership strategies and evaluate marketing effectiveness through measurable results.
• Partner with technical professionals and business leaders to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling marketing messages and communications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and MarCom leaders to coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain marketing communications materials, including award submissions, announcements, presentations, website copy, collateral, email communications, and social media materials.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and special events, including planning support, logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
• Track marketing activities and performance metrics, contributing insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or marketing.

Preferred

• Experience marketing professional services, architecture, engineering, construction, consulting, or related industries.
• Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification.
