Job Summary

Own the local chamber marketing mix with channel ownership, brand consistency, and board-ready reporting.

Marketing Operations: Own Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn presence and bi-weekly newsletters, plus event promotions.
Brand & Communications: Align messaging across contractors, committees, and promotional materials.
Reporting & Publications: Track member data, deliver marketing reports, and support the Harbor Country Guide ad sales and publication processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create content for bi-weekly newsletters and event promotions.
Website & Admin: Update the website using ChamberMaster/WordPress. Provide front-office support when needed by answering phones and greeting visitors.
Maintain Brand: Coordinate consistent messaging with contractors, committees, and across various marketing platforms and promotional materials
Board Reporting: Track online member data, create marketing reports
Chamber Support: Assist with the annual "Harbor Country Guide" publication, handle ad sales support, and attend Board and committee meetings.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4+ years in marketing, social media, or content creation.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business is preferred (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace. Experience with Canva, email marketing tools, and CRM/QuickBooks is a plus.
Flexibility: Ability to work from the main Three Oaks office, New Buffalo satellite office, and attend occasional morning, evening, or weekend events.
