Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign execution. Manage end-to-end Influencer programs—from strategic planning and talent sourcing to contracting, briefing, content reviews and approvals, and performance reporting
  • Build strong creator relationships. Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with Influencers and Creators that reflect Bluemercury’s values and elevate our brand
  • Oversee paid partnerships. Manage the Influencer content calendar, campaign timelines, and deliverables, ensuring brand alignment and creative excellence
  • Collaborate on content creation. Partner with Creators to co-develop authentic, social-first content for our social channels
  • Drive performance with data. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to inform ongoing strategy and optimize future activations
  • Stay trend-forward. Monitor Creator economy trends, emerging talent, and platform updates to keep campaigns culturally relevant and ahead of the curve
  • Manage the Influencer budget. Manage allocations and monitor spend to maximize ROI
  • Streamline processes. Establish scalable workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency, quality control, and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally. Collaborate closely with Social Media, Vendor Marketing, Creative, and E-commerce teams on integrated campaigns and brand partnerships
  • Coordinate gifting opportunities. Work closely with brand partners to facilitate gifting opportunities to Influencer and Creator partners

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in Influencer marketing or Creator partnerships, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to lead Influencer campaigns from concept to execution with measurable impact
  • Deep understanding of Creator dynamics and platform-specific best practices
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using performance data to guide decisions
  • Skilled at building relationships with Creators, talent managers, and Influencer agencies
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience managing budgets and Influencer contracts end-to-end with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Preferred

  • Beauty industry knowledge/interest is a bonus
  • Experience collaborating with Creators and talent managers is a plus
