Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of lifecycle email programs, including campaigns, automated journeys, and behavioral triggers
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies across prospects, active subscribers, and lapsed audiences to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Design and optimize high-impact customer journeys such as onboarding, winback, and retention series
  • Implement and scale event- and behavior-driven triggers (e.g., paywalls, abandoned carts, content saves) to capture high-intent user moments
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and data teams to align lifecycle strategy with broader go-to-market initiatives
  • Ensure campaigns reflect each brand’s voice while maintaining scalable best practices across the portfolio
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion, retention) and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
  • Champion testing, innovation, and email marketing best practices to continuously improve performance and deliverability
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing, with a track record of driving engagement and conversion
  • Hands-on experience with ESPs and marketing automation platforms, including building and executing segmentation strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally across creative, product, and marketing teams
  • Ability to manage projects from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting performance insights to stakeholders
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and customer-focused in approach
  • Hybrid role based in Easton, with in-office presence required 4 days per week
