Job Description
Responsibilities
- Seek out brand partnerships for the talent on CU’s roster
- Assist in representing the personal brands of leading social media personalities
- Scout and sign influencers who are looking for management
- Assist in managing creator relationships & day-to-day communications
- Manage the administrative work involved with brand collaborations
- Contribute to CU’s social media accounts
- Stay on top of trends in social media & the influencer marketing space
Requirements
- University degree expected in Spring of 2026 or equivalent experience required
- Senior graduating in Spring of 2026
- Length: 8-10 weeks
- Extremely organized with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and creator trends
- Interest in talent management
- Ability to move quickly, think critically, and take initiative

- Top performers may be considered for full-time roles
