Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to emerging, mid-tier, and viral creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Identify trending creators and culturally relevant moments in real time to capitalize on virality opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of net-new creators through proactive prospecting and daily outreach.
  • Develop outreach templates and personalization strategies to maximize response rates and conversion.
  • Monitor social trends, viral audio, and platform-native behaviors to identify timely partnership opportunities.
  • Rapidly activate creators around trending moments to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with social and paid teams to scale high-performing influencer content into paid amplification.
  • Identify UGC with strong organic performance and recommend whitelisting or boosted strategies.
  • Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, including contract coordination, product seeding, content guidelines, approvals, and timelines.
  • Develop strong relationships with creators to foster long-term brand advocacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (beauty, lifestyle, or fashion preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with high-volume creator outreach and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, platform algorithms, and viral content dynamics.
  • Experience using influencer platforms, affiliate dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to personalize outreach at scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, and cultural trends.
