Job Summary

Own and scale amika's influencer program across brand ambassadors and creators, driving recruitment, relationships, campaign execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • manage brand ambassador program on TYB including opt-in campaign management, affiliate payments, onboarding, contracts, gifting + product replenishment
  • oversee brand ambassador scale, ensuring program is growing MoM + YoY with high retention rates; convert best in class BAs to long term paid partners when relevant
  • support relationship building initiatives across greater influencer community inclusive of surprise + delight moments, regional events + community shoots
  • identify, outreach + nurture relationships with net new up-and-coming creators via always-on seeding
  • assist with daily outreach + communication with influencers to ensure timely responses across platforms
  • assist with brainstorming, managing + executing mailers for various amika campaigns, including support with managing design submissions, building targeted influencer lists, shipping + tracking results
  • admin support including product sendouts for influencers + VIPs, product closet management, order fulfillment + invoice submission
  • assist with monthly reporting and KPI tracking
  • continuously monitor + report on best-in-class influencer activations, trends, mailers, events + more, identifying how they can connect to overall amika brand strategies
  • collaborate cross-functionally with social media, paid media, brand marketing, ecomm + creative teams to fuel departmental needs

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing (preferably in beauty or hair)
  • BA/BA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred
  • strong familiarity with Tribe Dynamics, CreatorIQ, TYB + similar tools
  • genuine enthusiasm and knowledge of the beauty industry + influencer marketing landscape
  • thrives in dynamic, high-energy environments that are constantly evolving
  • proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn + contribute
  • strong written + verbal communication skills
  • excellent time management + organizational skills
  • detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
