Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation, create integrated marketing campaigns, and implement account-based marketing practices.
  • Optimize marketing automation tools, collaborate with sales teams to align efforts, and focus on increasing brand visibility to generate qualified B2B leads and revenue.
  • Continuously analyze marketing metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation, with a successful track record of driving qualified leads and scaling demand generation efforts.
  • Hands-on experience in Account Marketing and data-driven decision-making to target specific audiences.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools and technologies for streamlining workflows and optimizing campaigns.
  • Strong background in B2B Marketing, understanding end-to-end campaigns and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and revenue goals.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting marketing metrics and refining strategies for optimal performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
