Job Summary

Own UGC and micro-influencer workflow from sourcing to scaling across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Build a repeatable pipeline and manage outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Briefing & Negotiation: Write briefs, set rates and usage rights, and coordinate timelines and payments.
Performance & Creative Optimization: Track impact and work with the team to identify winning angles and formats.

Job Description

UGC Pipeline & Outreach: Build and manage a pipeline of UGC creators and micro-influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Creator Sourcing Fit: Source creators who fit Educato’s audience, tone, and product.
Outreach & Negotiation: Run outbound outreach to creators and manage follow-ups; negotiate creator rates, packages, and usage rights.
Briefs & Content Briefing: Write briefs that help creators produce authentic, high-performing content.
Operations & Payments: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and payments.
Performance Tracking: Track creator performance across views, engagement, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and learnings.
Creative Direction: Work with founders and creative team to identify winning angles, hooks, and formats.
Systems & Scaling: Build a repeatable system for sourcing, briefing, testing, and scaling UGC.
Ambassador Pipeline: Help identify creators who could become long-term brand ambassadors.
