Job Summary
Global e-commerce leader: own strategy, P&L, and multi-channel growth across DTC, marketplaces, and partners, while driving website optimization, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making to scale international revenue.

Responsibilities
- Global strategy and P&L ownership to scale the international e-commerce business.
- Drive multi-channel revenue through DTC, marketplaces, and partner platforms.
- Lead data-driven optimization across website experience, marketing, analytics, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or omnichannel commerce
- 5+ years in senior leadership or executive-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling global online revenue and managing large P&L
- Strong experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics, and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience operating in multi-country or global markets
- Strategic leadership and global business planning
- Data analytics and performance optimization
- Digital marketing and customer acquisition
Preferred
- Experience in B2C and DTC business models
- Background in retail, consumer goods, technology, or luxury industries
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and marketing automation tools
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
- Strong international market exposure (North America, Europe, APAC)
