Job Summary

Drive field marketing and partnerships for Mintegral in the Americas, owning events, ABM, and localized sales enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of industry trade shows (e.g., GDC, MAU, and key LATAM gaming and tech summits), as well as VIP client gatherings and company-hosted events.
  • Manage event vendor relationships and continuously improve Mintegral’s event presence, including branded swag.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to identify, target, and help close key accounts through strategic marketing support.
  • Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns with localized content, direct mail, and remarketing.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to develop customer success stories, including case studies, video testimonials, and client advocacy opportunities at events.
  • Adapt global marketing assets into content tailored for the U.S. market.
  • Support local PR and manage relationships with US-based industry media and tech partners to generate co-marketing opportunities.
  • Equip the U.S sales team with localized pitch decks, battle cards, and other marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing small and large-scale events.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work across different time zones.
  • Ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cooperate with leaders across departments.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders to align on goals and messaging.

Preferred

  • Native-level English proficiency; fluency or working proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
