Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead through all aspects of event programming; from initial brainstorm through execution (on-site and virtual) and wrap-up
  • Develop tailored experiential and strategic plans
  • Be the day-to-day client liaison across multiple programs, while having the ability to manage multiple clients each with unique and different styles
  • Manage numerous projects simultaneously, both large-scale custom or sponsorship based experiences as well as smaller-scale events
  • Oversee the management of materials related to individual events, including but not limited to: digital programs, invitations, large scale production elements, décor, signage and ordering of premiums
  • Create and foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors and properties
  • Facilitate and/or manage program budgets and be diligent in all accounting and expense procedures

Requirements

  • A passion and expertise in experiential program management
  • 7+ years of event/brand marketing experience
  • Previous experience working in an event management setting/experiential marketing, with direct ownership or lead responsibilities over a project
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously
  • Proven experience of your success in building strong client relationships
  • Budget management and/or reconciliation experience
  • A desire to supervise, manage, and mentor more junior employees
  • Superb communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A can-do attitude and a desire to succeed
