Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy: recruiting, retention, performance, compliance
- Drive marketing & business development: brand, digital presence, client growth
- Oversee operations: vendors, IT, facilities, budgeting, and office management
- Advise firm leadership on culture, risk, and organizational performance
- Align people, marketing, and operations with firm growth objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years leadership experience (law firm or professional services preferred)
- Proven ability across HR + marketing/business development + operations
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Strategic, decisive, and comfortable operating at the executive level
Preferred
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment (preferred)
