Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail activations, and outreach programs
• Engage with event attendees, donors, and community members in a professional and friendly manner
• Communicate campaign goals, client missions, and outreach initiatives clearly
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Support donor engagement, customer interaction, and account-related activities
• Track and report interactions and campaign activity accurately
• Collaborate with team members to support daily outreach and event goals
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all events
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and development programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced, event-based environments
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Strong organizational and time management skills
