Job Summary

Own the end-to-end e commerce site lifecycle from launches to on page optimization and post launch learnings, with clear ownership of merchandising, performance, inventory decisions, and data driven improvement.

  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Own product launches, PDP optimization, on brand storytelling, and on site presentation
  • Performance & Conversion: Drive UX and merch strategies to lift traffic to checkout, optimize promotions and ensure clean launches
  • Inventory, Purchase Orders & Restocks: Tie buy quantities, restocks and promotional planning to sales data and forecasted demand

Job Description

  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Manage product launches end-to-end. Uploads, descriptions, tagging, assets, inventory syncing, and QA
  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Ensure PDPs are fully optimized: imagery, copy, size guides, reviews, and UGC
  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Own daily website performance, accuracy, and on-brand presentation
  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Improve product discovery through collections, filters, and navigation
  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Upload lookbook photos and link all associated products
  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Align on-site storytelling with brand tone and drop themes
  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Partner with the design team to ensure the site reflects current drops and brand moments
  • Site Operations & Merchandising: Ensure site compliance (tax, shipping rules, returns, and privacy policies)
  • Performance & Conversion: Monitor key e-commerce metrics: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and bounce rate
  • Performance & Conversion: Implement improvements through testing, UX optimization, and merchandising strategies
  • Performance & Conversion: Optimize checkout experience, on-site promotions, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Performance & Conversion: Run QA before and after every launch. (Pricing, inventory, checkout, and mobile)
  • Performance & Conversion: Monitor site speed, bugs, broken links, and errors
  • Performance & Conversion: Communicate performance updates and post-launch recaps to the team
  • Performance & Conversion: Ensure every launch goes live cleanly and on time
  • Inventory, Purchase Orders & Restocks: Review and approve purchase orders based on sales data and demand forecasting
  • Inventory, Purchase Orders & Restocks: Analyze sell-through and historical performance to recommend buy quantities
  • Inventory, Purchase Orders & Restocks: Proactively suggest restocks and inventory actions to maximize revenue and minimize risk
  • Inventory, Purchase Orders & Restocks: Plan weekly inventory for the store and monthly promotional cadence — what goes on sale, when, and for how long
  • Inventory, Purchase Orders & Restocks: Analyze promotional performance: discount depth, timing, and margin impact
  • Inventory, Purchase Orders & Restocks: Collaborate with planning, operations, and leadership to align inventory with launch timelines
  • Data & Reporting: Generate and analyze e-commerce and inventory reports to guide purchasing, forecasting, and site strategy
  • Data & Reporting: Provide launch-level analytics. (Color sales, size sales, product type performance, shelf life, and YoY comparisons)
  • Data & Reporting: Translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain dashboards to track performance, trends, and growth opportunities
  • Data & Reporting: Surface insights that give leadership faster, better visibility into how the business is performing
