Responsibilities

  • Own Market Segmentation, ICP Definition & Buyer Insights: Define priority customer segments, ICPs, and buyer personas across Acrisure’s target markets. Develop a deep understanding of buyer needs, decision drivers, and industry dynamics to inform messaging, product strategy, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead Positioning & Messaging Architecture: Develop clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for Acrisure’s portfolio of solutions. Build the messaging architecture that articulates how Acrisure solves client problems across insurance, payroll, and fintech services, ensuring consistency across marketing, sales, and client-facing experiences.
  • Define the Product & Platform Narrative: Translate complex solutions into simple, compelling narratives that resonate with priority buyers. Establish how individual products connect into broader solution stories and the overall Acrisure platform vision.
  • Drive Competitive Intelligence & Market Strategy: Monitor the competitive landscape, emerging industry trends, and adjacent fintech innovations. Deliver insights that inform product strategy, differentiation, and GTM priorities across Acrisure’s solutions portfolio.
  • Shape Product Strategy Through Market Insight: Serve as the voice of the customer by translating market research, client feedback, and field insights into actionable inputs for Product and leadership. Help influence roadmap priorities and packaging decisions to better align with market needs.
  • Partner with GTM Strategy to Enable Commercial Activation: Provide the foundational inputs—segmentation, messaging, buyer insight, and solution narratives—that power GTM strategy, sales plays, campaigns, and launches. Collaborate closely with GTM Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Field Marketing to ensure activation remains aligned to the core narrative.
  • Build and Scale the Product Marketing Function: Establish the Product Marketing operating model, frameworks, and team structure required to support Acrisure’s multi-solution growth strategy. Create scalable processes for messaging development, competitive insight, and product narrative evolution.
  • Operate as a Strategic Cross-Functional Leader: Act as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue leadership. Provide strategic clarity on how Acrisure’s solutions should be positioned and communicated in the market.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic product marketer with experience translating complex products into clear positioning, messaging, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Proven ability to synthesize market research, customer insight, and competitive intelligence into actionable product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Exceptional storyteller and communicator capable of influencing executives and aligning cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B go-to-market models and how segmentation, messaging, and positioning drive revenue growth.
  • Experience leading or scaling product marketing capabilities or cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong business acumen with a data-informed approach to decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Market Strategy, or related roles within complex B2B or multi-product environments.
  • Experience building or scaling product marketing capabilities in high-growth organizations.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Revenue teams to shape positioning, messaging, and solution strategy.
  • Background in fintech, insurance, financial services, or other complex services industries is a plus but not required.

  • MBA is a plus.
