Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise-wide marketing communications strategy aligned with corporate and revenue goals.
  • Develop brand narrative architecture across product, clinical, corporate, and payer audiences.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align messaging with compliance, reputation management, and growth priorities.
  • Guide internal and external communications during sensitive or high-visibility initiatives.
  • Define and maintain enterprise visual identity standards.
  • Evolve brand systems including typography, color systems, iconography, photography style, and layout architecture.
  • Ensure consistent application across digital, print, field materials, and corporate communications.
  • Serve as internal creative director for all campaigns, launches, and enterprise communications.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual frameworks that differentiate Zynex in the clinical device category.
  • Provide design oversight on: Sales collateral, Clinical brochures, Investor decks, Website UX/UI, Trade show environments, Digital campaigns, Video production, Packaging and IFU presentation aesthetics

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing communications within medical device or regulated healthcare
  • 3–5+ years leading creative direction or serving as Art Director/Creative Lead
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate and systematize brand identity
  • Experience navigating FDA-regulated marketing environments
  • Strong executive presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field

Preferred

  • Background in neuromodulation, electrotherapy, or DME
  • Experience in reimbursement-driven commercial models
  • Portfolio demonstrating healthcare brand development
  • MBA or advanced design/branding training
