Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase facility admissions and presence.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to adapt strategies accordingly .
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and community partners .
- Conduct and participate in outreach, community events and networking opportunities.
- Support the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process and provide additional assistance as directed.
- Serve as alternating weekend coverage for Admissions Director to address potential admissions.
- Participate in business development meetings as well as required all communications as requested
- Responsible for outside marketing efforts to generate and increase professional referrals
- Responsible for calling on and developing new business relationships with professional referral networks
- Responsible for community outreach and education activities
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- Two years sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related experience.
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively.
- Must be an effective presenter with both large and small groups.
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
- Cheerful personality.
- Keen desire to serve seniors.
- Five years sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
- Previously senior living experience preferred.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
