The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s digital marketing and communication efforts through social media management, email marketing, and creative content development.
This position collaborates with the Marketing Department to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to brand standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
The role also provides basic design and creative support for marketing initiatives and other departments as needed.

Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two (2) years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
Strong written communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience working in healthcare or regulated industry environment.
Working knowledge of graphic design, photography, videography, and basic video editing tools.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
