Responsibilities

• Receive photos from camp photographers throughout the camp day
• Upload and organize images within our internal photo management and parent communication systems
• Review and quality-check a high volume of photos
• Perform photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Apply edits such as color correction, exposure balancing, cropping, and other adjustments as needed
• Organize photos into appropriate group and activity folders
• Proof and prepare daily photo galleries before they are released to families
• Select standout images that capture camp spirit for social media
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure images meet camp standards

Requirements

• Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop required
• Portfolio or examples of editing work required
• Familiarity with photo management systems, content management platforms, or digital asset management tools is a plus
• Ability to efficiently review and manage a high volume of images
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred

• Experience in photo editing, digital media, marketing, or communications (preferred)
• Familiarity with photo management systems, content management platforms, or digital asset management tools is a plus
