Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing content across websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital platforms
  • Manage social media strategy, scheduling, engagement, and online reputation
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and marketing KPIs
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM functionality, including workflows, automation, reporting, and user support
  • Assist with HubSpot implementation projects and ongoing platform administration
  • Optimize SEO/SEM strategies and manage paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate marketing events, webinars, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all marketing materials and communications

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or related marketing roles
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including automation, workflows, reporting, and data management
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Hootsuite, and digital marketing platforms
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn marketing data into actionable insights
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
