Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy across all online platforms, including social media, the website, and email communications.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and inspiring content for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to foster community engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to keep our community informed about services, events, and outreach programmes.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with ministry leaders to create promotional materials and campaigns for various church initiatives.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains effective and innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role or a similar position.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in managing social media, creating content, and executing digital campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media analytics.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine alignment with the vision and values of the New Jerusalem Worship Center is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
