Own end-to-end digital marketing for a B2B SaaS/FinTech product, driving lead gen and brand visibility across SEO/SEM, email, social, and content with budget discipline and cross-functional alignment.

  • Own multi-channel strategy and content calendar to attract qualified leads and support sales alignment.
  • Lead campaign execution and optimization using SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics to hit KPI and ROI targets.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and stay ahead on trends with a data-driven approach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against KPIs and ROI.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned marketing message.
  • Create and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
  • Optimise our website and landing pages for search engines and user conversion.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategy remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or FinTech organisation.
  • A strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing successful SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • A bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
