Job Summary

Own the social content engine for a law firm, turning multi-channel posts into engagement, brand lift, and inbound interest with a steady editorial cadence across blogs, podcasts, and video.

  • Content Ownership: Write and edit social posts, blogs, intranet articles, and simple videos, aligned with the firm’s strategy and brand voice.
  • Production & Publishing: Coordinate with Graphics, maintain calendars, and publish timely content across social, website, and intranet channels.
  • Analytics & Advocacy: Track social metrics, support paid social campaigns, and backstop internal comms and advocacy programs to expand reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Write, edit, and coordinate content for distribution across the Firm’s social media channels, with the goal of driving engagement and raising brand awareness among key audiences to align with the Firm’s strategy. Work with Graphics to develop creative assets for Dorsey’s social media, website, blogs, and podcasts. Maintain content scheduling platform and social media content calendar to write and publish timely content that resonates with Dorsey’s social audiences and advances Dorsey’s content marketing strategy. Manage and maintain the Firm’s blog platforms, ensuring timely publishing and content accuracy. Support in-house podcast production and promotion. Produce simple brief videos for the Firm’s social media channels. Support the Firm’s social advocacy initiatives to increase employee engagement and expand content reach. Assist with the development, execution, and monitoring of paid social media campaigns to support the Firm’s marketing and business development objectives. Track and report on social media analytics to support the Firm's social media strategy. Support internal communications activities such as LinkedIn training for attorneys and business professionals, newsletters, business professional spotlights, and intranet content.
