Job Description

Responsibilities

Be the marketing leader between partners and our internal team.
Create and manage the digital marketing strategy for assigned accounts.
Effectively guide partners through the OM Convert Framework™, from building a digital foundation to executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Lead the execution of core demand generation strategies, including Paid advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Analytics and reporting, CRM management, and Email automation.
Drive a quarterly strategic workflow with assigned partners.
Regularly report/realign on digital marketing KPIs and effectively inform partners what they mean.
Guide and educate partners on their core marketing tech stack and systems.
Support personal and colleague career development.
Develop systems and processes that enable OM to scale with partner growth.
Participate in big-picture discussions with company leadership.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, and Inbound Marketing. Preferably in B2C or local services.
Knowledge of analytics, conversion rate optimization, and paid digital strategies.
Knowledge of search engines, paid social platforms, and content marketing strategies.

Preferred

Experience coaching and leading projects.
Must possess a strong vision for effective digital marketing.
Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from start to finish.
Strong desire to learn and grow with our collaborative team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
