Job Summary

Own and lead the development of organizational strategy, GTM and messaging across multi-channel initiatives, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled marketing and cross-functional collaboration to meet near-term KPIs and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Leadership & Strategy: Define organizational imperatives and drive plans in support of near-term KPIs and long term strategic objectives, partnering closely with other marketing leaders, product management and customer leaders to take a 360 approach. The leader will also establish an outside-in perspective on changing market pain points and how Blue Yonder solves them.
  • Content and Messaging Strategy: Collaborate with peers in marketing and sales to create messaging and content frameworks / templates for delivering value-oriented messaging, and technical messages, to sellers, buyers, partners, market pundits and individuals.
  • Solution and Industry GTM Strategy Management: Defines and prioritizes investments in multi-channel prong initiatives – including launches – collaborating with team lead and stakeholders to best serve corporate objectives for revenue, website and thought leadership objectives. Where appropriate, this also includes driving new approaches in support of mergers, acquisitions and strategic exits from an area.
  • AI Marketing Strategy Expertise: Analyzes trends in use of AI to deliver messaging and content delivery that is high quality, brand compliant and demonstrates differentiated value. This can include organizational design based on how AI changes the approach to market.
  • Steward of Organizational Excellence: Ensures the sub-function maintains high standards of quality, consistency, compliance, and customer focus across all deliverables.
  • Spokesperson: Serve as a spokesperson, internally and externally, supporting engagements with analysts, press, industry pundits, partners and customers.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of software industry marketing experience with an ideal mix of technical and business (consulting, product marketing) background.
  • Deep understanding of supply chains and the underlying technologies necessary to deliver them, ensuring c-suite stakeholders (finance, IT, security, supply chain, etc.) understand our value.
  • Strong collaboration skills across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Proven track record of marketing success from within a cloud software/service, SaaS and AI-native companies, including understanding how AI shapes pricing and packaging.
  • Strong experience managing teams of 20+ marketers.
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions.
  • Proven ability to successfully recruit, motivate, mentor, coach, develop and retain a high performing team of product marketing and technical marketers.

Preferred

  • Ability to establish credibility and record with speaking engagements, technology publications and related is beneficial.
