Job Description

Responsibilities

All ad creatives across client accounts: static, video, reels, short-form
Ad copy, hooks, headlines, and CTAs for paid social campaigns
Creative direction for designers: briefing, proofing, and approving final output
Scroll-stopping content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Internal agency marketing: brand development, content creation, ad campaigns for JWeis
Creative testing frameworks: knowing what to test, why, and how to read the results
Distribution of approved creatives to the right channels and team members to go live

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing ad creatives for paid social
Proven track record of ads that converted, not just looked good
Strong copywriting skills: hooks, headlines, CTAs, long-form and short-form
Experience directing designers and video editors
Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts ad formats and best practices
Ability to work in-house at our Sugar Land, TX headquarters full-time
