Responsibilities

• All ad creatives across client accounts: static, video, reels, short-form
• Ad copy, hooks, headlines, and CTAs for paid social campaigns
• Creative direction for designers: briefing, proofing, and approving final output
• Scroll-stopping content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Internal agency marketing: brand development, content creation, ad campaigns for JWeis
• Creative testing frameworks: knowing what to test, why, and how to read the results
• Distribution of approved creatives to the right channels and team members to go live

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing ad creatives for paid social
• Proven track record of ads that converted, not just looked good
• Strong copywriting skills: hooks, headlines, CTAs, long-form and short-form
• Experience directing designers and video editors
• Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts ad formats and best practices
• Ability to work in-house at our Sugar Land, TX headquarters full-time
