Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage BURLEBO’s creative team including photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and social media creatives.
Translate brand strategy from the Head of Brand and executive team into creative direction and deliverables.
Maintain and evolve the BURLEBO visual identity across all marketing channels.
Ensure all creative assets align with the brand pillars: Athlete, Outdoors, and Family.
Build and maintain creative systems that allow the team to produce high volumes of high-quality content.
Develop workflows for photo shoots, video production, design requests, and campaign launches.
Manage the creative production calendar in coordination with marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and at a high level of quality.
Lead, mentor, and develop members of the creative team.
Set clear expectations for creative quality, output, and timelines.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in creative leadership, creative direction, or brand creative roles.
Experience managing a creative team including designers, photographers, and videographers.
Strong understanding of brand storytelling, photography, video production, and graphic design.
Highly organized with strong systems and operational thinking.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to balance creative excellence with speed and efficiency.
Ability to create creative infrastructure while remaining flexible to the ever-changing business needs.
