Job Description

Own CRM marketing coordination for patient communications and content across channels at St. Elizabeth Healthcare.

  • Leads coordination and execution of external CRM marketing (email, text, digital screens and Cheers Campaigns notifications).
  • Publishes a monthly systemwide eNewsletter and translates service line marketing requests into CRM tactics.
  • Develops and implements CRM messaging with compliant language across patient communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field
  • Minimum 1 year in marketing or related field
  • Strong understanding of project management, consumer journeys and digital content
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading and content management skills with attention to deadlines
  • Knowledge of e-mail and text-based marketing and performance marketing support
  • Knowledge of web content best practices, including SEO and accessibility
  • Strong computer skills and content software: Word, Excel, OneNote, Canva, Constant Contact or similar, WordPress
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, independent, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM marketing and content production vendors
  • Experience with Epic Cheers Campaigns/MyChart
  • Experience with healthcare marketing
  • Knowledge of advanced SEO practices and analytics tools
