Own a portfolio marketing strategy for new ChatGPT capabilities from development to scale, turning complex tech into clear human value and driving adoption.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of new ChatGPT capabilities and products, from early product development through launch, sustained education, and optimization.
  • Translate complex technology into simple, differentiated value propositions, narratives, demonstrations, and experiences that make the next action obvious.
  • Build integrated go-to-market plans across product surfaces, communications, brand, creative, social, creators, partnerships, lifecycle, paid media, performance marketing, and international markets.
  • Create the launch-to-sustain strategy that turns high-attention moments into deeper feature adoption, repeat use, preference, retention, and paid growth.
  • Set portfolio priorities, investment recommendations, and success measures; use consumer, competitive, product, and campaign learning to influence the roadmap and improve the next wave.

  • Have led major consumer technology products or portfolios from zero-to-one launch through scaled adoption and sustained growth.
  • Blend deep product-marketing craft with strong integrated, brand, media, and performance instincts.
  • Can turn technical complexity into a human truth and a clear reason to choose, try, and return to a product.
  • Have exceptional creative judgment and can inspire ambitious work while giving precise, actionable feedback.
  • Think in systems and connect the product experience, narrative, audience, channels, and measurement into one plan.
  • Use research and data to set meaningful success measures, diagnose adoption barriers, and change course when the evidence demands it.
