Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal and external designers to manage creative proofs and ensure all marketing materials align with Gilroy Gardens brand standards.
  • Review and coordinate production of in-park marketing collateral including signage, promotional flyers, park maps, banners, and guest-facing messaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency by managing Gilroy Gardens branding according to established guidelines.
  • Lead coordination of marketing activations for seasonal events and park programs such as Easter, Camp Nights, Birthday Parties, and other signature experiences.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison between departments to ensure event messaging, signage, and promotions are implemented effectively.
  • Support the setup and execution of marketing elements for park events and special activations.
  • Work closely with Operations, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, and Events teams to align marketing messaging with guest experiences.
  • Assist in developing promotional signage and messaging that support in-park revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with event production teams to ensure marketing vision is carried out through execution.
  • Assist the Group Sales Manager in executing group and event activations when needed.
  • Assist in the rollout of ticketing promotions, Membership programs, and park campaigns.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Help monitor marketing activations and provide feedback on execution and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the Brand Manager of Digital Marketing in the creation and execution of website content, social media, and electronic direct mail campaigns.
  • Support marketing initiatives that contribute to attendance growth and park revenue goals.
  • Gain exposure to broader marketing strategy and campaign planning while assisting in day-to-day implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing, community relations, or event activation experience—preferably in attractions, nonprofit, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to visual detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability collaborate across departments.
  • Positive, energetic personality with a willingness to be hands-on during events and activations.
  • comfortable working in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required during park events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
