Job Summary

Own early stage product marketing tactics for launches, craft go-to-market programs, and translate product updates into customer facing narratives that move momentum.

  • GTM planning: define campaigns for launches and measure against KPIs.
  • Engagement programs: develop customer acquisition and engagement programs and assess their efficacy.
  • Product readiness narratives: support communication of product moves to users and key partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product or feature launches and measure efficacy against key performance indicators Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in developing programs aimed at acquiring customers (including business strategies, messaging, collateral, events), increasing our engagement with them and measuring the efficacy of such programs.
  • Support the team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, product readiness for launch, and communicate the new developments to users.
  • Assist in developing client and executive narratives and presentations, case studies, and content designed to accelerate the business momentum to better engage Google's customers and agency partners.
  • Assist in executing marketing related tasks within the scope of a larger product or project, under guidance from the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, technology, or related fields through full time roles, internships, projects, or academic classes.

Preferred

  • 3 years of full-time work experience.
  • Understanding of and enthusiasm for Google's product ecosystem, technological innovations, and leadership in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.
  • Demonstrated global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios, with comfort with ambiguity and being agile.
  • Excellent problem solving and investigative skills, with the capacity for understanding and developing strategy.
  • Developed program/project management and communication skills.
